Shipping and handling fee:

For most orders placed by UK customers, we DO NOT charge anything for postage (only for the free standard service) or handling fees, unless you need premium services.

For international posts, we may charge a reasonable amount of postage.

Despatching time:

Normally orders will be despatched THE SAME DAY if they are placed by 3:30 pm on working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays in England ans Wales). In exceptional circumstances, they can be despatched on the next working day. Despatching time may be extended up to 2 working days with sales events like Black Friday.

Delivery time:

We despatch orders with various postal or courier services depending on the products and the size of the orders. Normally the order will be delivered in 1-3 working days in the mainland of the UK after despatching. But in many cases NEXT WORKING DAY!! 

If you select the Next Working Day Service and place the order by 3:30 pm on working days, it will be guaranteed to deliver on the next WORKING day in the UK. Orders placed after 3:30 pm will be despatched on the next working day and will be delivered on the working day after that. Please select the Saturday Guaranteed Service if you place your order between 3:30pm Thursday and 3:30 pm Friday and woud like guaranteed delivery on Saturday.

International orders will be delivered normally within 1-2 weeks (depending on the local postal services of destination countries).

Please note that postal delay may happen in holidays, with road accidents, bad weather conditions, floods, or postal strikes etc, that may affect the postal/courier services. Please allow at least two weeks before claiming item not received for UK orders and four weeks for international orders.

Packaging:

For convenience of delivery and privacy protection purposes, all items come with discreet packaging. There will be no information on the outer packaging indicating the content of the pacel.

Duty and Tax: 

We are UK Based Seller. If you are a UK customer or an EU customer, there is no Customs trouble. You do not need to deal with any tax problems.

For customer from outside of EU, duty and tax may happen somtimes. It's the customer's responsibility to pay for them according to your home country's Custom policies.
