Return Policy
We are responsible and reputed seller and strive to provide best services. We completely understand that sometimes customers shop on-line and find the item not matching their expectations when they receive it. So we are happy to accept return for exchange or for refund under our return policy and the Distance Selling Regulations.
Conditions:
Return request MUST be made in 14 days of receipt and return it within 30 days. No request, no return. The postage is refundable only if the item comes faulty. The buyers are responsible for postage for returning.
For hygienic reasons, buyer has to make sure that the item is UNUSED and in its original conditions which includes (but not limited to):
- Original tag attached as it comes
- All accessories included
- No smell of perfume, food, smoke or anything else similar
- Not being cut, brushed, restyled, washed or any other conditions opposing to 'unused'
Otherwise we may post it back and refuse the refund.
Return process:
- Contact our customer service team with the return request and explain the reason of returning via service(at)wiwigs.com or via contact us.
- Wait for the confirmation and return information from us.
- Post the item to the return address and wait.
- Get your refund or exchange. Simple and no hassle.
