Shipping and handling fee:

For most of UK posts, we DO NOT charge anything for postage or handling fee.

For international posts, we may charge a reasonable amount of postage.

Despatching time:

We promise that items will be dispatched on THE SAME DAY if you place your orders before 2 pm on working days.

Delivery time:

We post domestic items via Royal Mail First Class arriving normally within 2-3 working days. But in many cases NEXT WORKING DAY!! 

International purchase will be delivered via Royal Mail Small Packet arriving normally within 1-2 weeks (depending on postal services of destinations).

Please note that postal delay may happen in holidays, with reverse weather conditions or postal strikes. According to Royal Mail's policy, please allow at least two weeks before claiming item not received for UK posts and four weeks for international posts.

Packagings:

For convenience of delivery, all items will come with bulk packagings.

Duty and Tax: 

We are UK Based Seller. If you are a domestic customer or EU customer, you will NOT expect to receive your items in ages or receive a letter asking you to pay for the import duty/tax, or some other oversea purchasing troubles.

For customer from outside of EU, duty and tax may happen and it's the customer's responsibility to pay for them according to your home country's custom policy.

We are responsible and reputed seller and strive to provide best services. We completely understand that sometimes customers shop on-line and find the item not matching their expectations when they receive it. So we are happy to accept return for exchange or for refund under our return policy and Distance Selling Regulations. 

Conditions: 

Return request MUST be made in 7 days of receipt. No request, no return. The postage is refundable only if the item comes faulty. The buyers are responsible for postage for returning.

Buyer has to make sure that the item is UNUSED and in its original condition. Otherwise we may post it back and refuse the refund.

Return process:

1. Contact the seller with the return request and explain the reason of returning via sales (at) yoousb.com or via Contact us.
2. Wait for the confirmation and return information from the seller.
3. Post the item to the return address and wait.
4. Get your refund or exchange. Simple and no hassle.
